Bishops have welcomed the launch of the Government's community sponsorship scheme for Syrian refugee families and are calling on Catholic parishes to get involved.
Bishop Alan is inviting representatives from every parish to come together in pilgrimage to the Cathedral on 10th September. The theme is the suffering of children in our midst.
