This would be followed by sharing best practice, networking with other Music colleagues and encouraging the sharing of resources between departments.
Session 2: Curriculum intent – looking at the curriculum and examining the effectiveness of how they sequence SOW and lessons within the Schemes of Work. Reference to Ofsted Deep Dive questions to help prompt how to explain their intent.
Session 3: Music in a Catholic Context – cross
referencing all that has been explored / examined on the day with Principles of Catholic Education – celebrating the role of Music in Catholic Schools and empowering Music teachers with the knowledge and awareness of the importance of their curriculum and extra-curricular within a Catholic School
context.
